Description

The demo shows PraiseFlow filled in for a fictional worship leader, Grace Adeyemi, so you can see how a finished site reads. Her name, churches, events, figures and testimonies are sample content for you to replace. The demo shows the Professional and Enterprise editions.

PraiseFlow is a complete website for worship leaders, gospel artists, choirs and worship teams. It is built around what a ministry website has to do well: churches inviting you, people coming to your events, supporters staying in touch and partners giving. Your music is there too, with release pages and streaming links.

What’s on the site

  • Bookings: a three-step enquiry form for churches and organizers, a “how booking works” explainer, host testimonies, booking FAQs and a thank-you page.
  • Events: upcoming and past events with filters, and event pages with registration buttons, add-to-calendar (Google Calendar and .ics), a countdown, map and directions, and the line-up. Labels show “Few left”, “Sold out” and “Free”.
  • Newsletter: sign-up forms in the footer, on the homepage and elsewhere, each tagged with where the visitor signed up, plus a confirmation page.
  • Giving: one-time and monthly amounts, a choice of fund, impact figures and ways to give. Gifts are completed with your own giving provider, so card details never touch your website.
  • Music: release pages with track lists, credits, lyrics and links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and Audiomack, plus an optional mini-player for previews.
  • Prayer, contact and partners: a private prayer request form with an anonymous option, a contact form, testimonies, a partner logo wall and sponsor tiers.
  • Messages, Blog, Watch and Press kit (Professional and Enterprise): a sermon archive filtered by series and speaker, a blog with categories, a video gallery where videos load only when played, and a press kit with bios, photos and logos.

Key features

  • Written for ministry. Two identity modes, artist and worship ministry, switched with one line, so the same site suits a solo gospel artist or a church worship team.
  • Make it yours without touching the design. Every word lives in plain content files and every setting in one file. Switch modules on or off, reorder homepage sections, and choose any language for dates and numbers and any currency.
  • Four palettes, light and dark. Royal, Crimson Robe, Pentecost and Living Water, each with light and dark themes that visitors can switch.
  • Accessible. Designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, with keyboard, screen-reader and reduced-motion support. Automated axe-core tests on all 36 demo pages found no violations, and Lighthouse scored 100 for Accessibility on every page tested. Automated tools can’t catch every issue, so test your own content too.
  • Fast, with no trackers. Lighthouse mobile Performance scores of 91 to 96 across the demo pages in our release testing, with self-hosted fonts and no tracking scripts. Scores on your own site depend on your hosting, images and edits.
  • Ready for search and sharing. Canonical URLs, Open Graph and Twitter cards, a generated social image, structured data for events, music, articles and FAQs, a sitemap and robots.txt.
  • Forms that work with your tools. Booking, prayer, contact and newsletter forms send to any JSON endpoint, such as Formspree, Basin, Netlify, Zapier or Make, or your own API. Until you connect one, they run in demo mode.
  • A checker before you go live. One command checks your content before every build, and a launch checklist tells you exactly what is left to replace or connect.

What’s in the download

  • src/: the website source: pages, components, settings, content and design tokens
  • public/ and scripts/: static files, demo artwork and the content checker
  • docs/: getting-started docs, launch and go-live checklists, and guides to installation, configuration, content editing, mode switching, troubleshooting and licensing. Professional adds the four quality audits; Enterprise adds the strategy documents and Church Mode review.
  • README.md and WELCOME.md: where to start
  • LICENSE.txt, a plain-English licence summary, third-party notices and MANIFEST.txt, a list of every file in your package

Who it’s for

Worship leaders, gospel artists and bands, choirs and worship teams, ministers and evangelists, worship conferences and music ministries, and the church media teams and web designers who build sites for them.

What you need

  • Node.js 20.9 or newer (22 recommended) and a code editor such as Visual Studio Code. PraiseFlow is built with Next.js: you edit the content and settings files, run one build command, and upload the finished site.
  • Web hosting that serves static files, such as Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, GitHub Pages, or a cPanel, Apache or nginx host. The installation guide covers each one.
  • A form service to receive bookings, prayer requests and messages, an email newsletter provider for sign-ups, and your own giving provider if you take donations.
  • No database, PHP or monthly platform fees.

What happens after you buy

  1. Download your ZIP file from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email or My account → Downloads.
  2. Unzip it and open WELCOME.md. The “First 15 minutes” guide gets the site running on your computer.
  3. Replace the demo content, connect your forms and giving, run the launch checklist, and publish.
  4. Enterprise only: we email you to schedule your onboarding call.

Good to know

  • The demo artist, testimonies, events and figures are fictional. Replace them before you launch; the launch checklist reminds you of anything left. The demo artwork may stay on your site if you like it.
  • The live demo shows the Professional and Enterprise editions. Starter doesn’t include Messages, Blog, Watch or Press kit.
  • Scripture in the demo is quoted from the NIV with its copyright notice. Keep the publisher’s notice for whichever translation you quote.
  • Forms send messages and the Give page takes gifts only after you connect your own services. PraiseFlow doesn’t process payments.
  • PraiseFlow is a Next.js website template, not a WordPress theme.
  • Your licence lets you change anything and publish your licensed sites. You may hand a client the code for their own site, but you may not resell, share or publish the template’s source code. Keep your code repository private.
  • The Privacy and Terms pages are starting drafts. Review and adapt them for your own ministry before you publish.

Questions

Do I need coding skills?

You don’t need to be a developer. You edit wording in plain content files and settings in one file, then run a build command, and the guides walk you through each step. If you’ve never used a terminal, allow some extra time for your first setup.

Which package should I choose?

Starter if you need one site with bookings, events, giving, music and prayer. Professional if you also publish sermons, a blog, videos or a press kit, or build up to 5 sites. Enterprise if you’re an agency or media team building sites for many clients.

Can I take donations through the site?

Yes, through your own giving provider. Visitors choose an amount, how often to give and which fund, then complete the gift securely with your provider.

Can I use it for client projects?

Yes. Starter covers 1 website, Professional up to 5 websites and Enterprise unlimited websites, for yourself or clients. You may give a client the code for their own site; reselling or sharing the template itself isn’t allowed. See Licensing & downloads.

Do I pay monthly?

No. Each package is a one-time payment. You only pay your own hosting, domain and any form, email or giving services you choose.

Can I get a refund?

Because the files are delivered instantly, sales are final, so please try the live demo first. We replace or refund a damaged or wrong file, a duplicate purchase, or a file you couldn’t download, under our refund policy.
